About Zoe
Hey there, I’m Zoe Fox, your earthside guide, here to help you heal your heart, cleanse your energy, and shine from your soul. I’m all about guiding you to open up to life, like the petals of a flower in spring. I create a sacred space for you to fill up your cup so that you can truly shine as the light that you came here to be before life took its toll on you.
My practice is rooted in real-life experience and powered by the energetic realms. Graduating from Birkbeck University of London with Counselling skills and through my energy healing training in Pranic Healing and Pranic Psychotherapy, I bring a holistic approach to healing that nurtures your mind, body, and soul.
My own journey has been a wild ride—from battling anxiety disorder for over a decade after the sudden death of my boyfriend, a long period of infertility, and traumatic birth to a secondary awakening that turned my spirit antenna back online after sustaining a spinal cord injury during the global pandemic.
Before diving headfirst into this path, I spent years in the corporate world, feeling like something was missing. But once I started the journey of consciously and actively doing the healing work and following the breadcrumbs left by spirit, everything changed.
While I had a lot of fun co-founding an award-winning digital marketing agency and saw a childhood dream come true when I was featured in Barbie’s “I Can Do Anything” campaign, my true passion lies in guiding others through their own transformations and bearing witness as they emerge shining on the other side of their pain.
