As a compassionate and intuitive mentor, my mission is to empower women, like you, to tap into their wells of inner power and unlock their shining souls.
I work with benevolent, supportive energies of the universe to support those seeking the light within themselves. Led by the heart centre I cloak women in loving energy as they heal their hearts and emerge empowered from their souls.
Life has thrown its fair share of challenges my way, including a life-changing spinal cord injury, the sudden death of my boyfriend leading to 12 years of trauma, grief, anxiety, PTSD, long-term infertility and birth trauma.
Dark emotional pain led me on a journey to heal my hear and discover the loving arms of spirit and soul, and from there, my life blossomed exponentially. It’s now my duty to share what I have learned about healing the heart, unlocking my shining soul and deepening my connection to loving spirit so that you too can experience the inner peace, joy and beauty that we can nurture from within.
With over a decade of immersing myself in all things inner development, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and wisdom. As a counselling graduate, I’m deeply committed to helping you access your own inner wisdom and discover the strength and resilience within you. Additionally, co-founding an award-winning digital marketing agency has provided me with a broad set of experiences to draw from in my mentoring practice, particularly if you grow to want to share your gifts of light with the world.
I believe that true healing and growth come from within. It’s a sacred journey, and I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
