In this episode of HER Power the Podcast. I’m back after taking a much-needed break to prioritise my health, sanity, and well-being. It’s been a tough start to the year, and I want to share how I’ve been powering through it all.
As a woman, I understand the importance of honouring ourselves and finding balance, especially during times of adversity. Three years ago, I suffered a spinal cord injury that significantly impacted my life. It’s been a time of reflection for me, focusing on my message and book proposal with my Hay House mentorship, as well as taking the time to reflect on my emotions. I also recognise the impact of unseen astrological events on our day-to-day lives.
As women, we often push ourselves too hard and forget to listen to our bodies when they tell us to slow down. Finding balance is essential to avoid burnout, and I’ve learned that consistency can lead to positive results, but it’s also important to be mindful of our energy levels, especially when managing a disability.
Join me on this journey of honouring ourselves and our message of empowerment, even when it’s uncomfortable or goes against the expectations of others. Let’s be transparent about being on a journey and finding integrity within ourselves.
Thank you for listening to HER Power the Podcast. Stay strong and keep powering through.
